摘　　要：目的探讨B细胞淋巴瘤-2(Bcl-2)在老年女性乳癌组织中的表达及其与病人临床病理特征和预后的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测92例老年女性乳癌组织中Bcl-2蛋白的表达,分析Bcl-2蛋白在老年女性乳癌组织中表达与病人临床病理特征及预后的关系。结果Bcl-2蛋白在老年女性乳癌组织中的阳性表达率为80.4%。Bcl-2的表达与肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、TNM分期、组织学分级和脉管瘤栓相关(χ^(2)=4.459~11.607,P<0.05)。分子特征分析结果显示,Bcl-2表达与病人的雌激素受体、人表皮生长因子受体-2表达和分子分型相关(χ^(2)=14.572~19.390,P<0.05)。生存分析显示,Bcl-2的表达与病人无进展生存率及总生存率无关(P>0.05)。结论检测Bcl-2蛋白的表达对于判断老年女性乳癌预后和指导治疗具有临床参考价值。Objective To investigate the expression of B-cell lymphoma-2(Bcl-2)in the breast cancer tissue of elderly female patients and its association with the clinicopathological features and prognosis of patients.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to measure the expression of Bcl-2 protein in the breast cancer tissue samples of 92 elderly female patients,and its asso-ciation with clinicopathological features and prognosis was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of Bcl-2 was 80.4%in the breast cancer tissue samples of elderly female patients.The expression of Bcl-2 was associated with tumor size,lymph node metastasis,TNM stage,histological grading,and vascular tumor thrombus(χ^(2)=4.459-11.607,P<0.05).The analysis of molecular characteristics showed that the expression of Bcl-2 was associated with estrogen receptor,Her-2,and molecular typing(χ^(2)=14.572-19.390,P<0.05).The survival analysis showed that the expression of Bcl-2 was not associated with progression-free survival rate or overall survival rate(P>0.05).Conclusion The measurement of the expression of Bcl-2 protein in breast cancer tissue has a clinical reference value in predicting the prognosis of elderly female patients with breast cancer and guiding the treatment of such patients.
