摘 要:采用单因子试验方法,分步探讨了薄型高密度纤维板(HDF)的吸水厚度膨胀率、面板覆贴工艺、胶合板基材结构、面板与基材热压工艺及封边工艺对浸渍纸层压实木复合地板耐水性能的影响。研究结果表明,通过优化薄型HDF的吸水厚度膨胀率、面板覆贴工艺、改进胶合板基材表层结构和面板与基材热压参数、筛选合适的封边涂饰工艺,可以显著提升浸渍纸层压实木复合地板的耐水性能,使地板的吸水厚度膨胀率降低至6%以下,有效减少地板在潮湿环境下出现鼓包的问题。This study explored the impact of various factors on water resistance of laminate engineered wood flooring by a single factor experimental method.These factors included the water absorption thickness swelling rate of the thin high-density fiberboard,the overlaying process,the assembly structure of the plywood substrate,the pressing and forming process,and the edge sealing process.The results showed that by improving the water absorption thickness swelling rate of the thin high-density fiberboard,enhancing the surface structure of the plywood substrate,optimizing the overlaying process and secondary pressing and forming process,and selecting an appropriate edge sealing process,the water resistance of the laminate engineered wood flooring could be significantly improved.These improvements reduced the water absorption thickness swelling rate to below 6%,effectively minimizing the bulging quality problem of the flooring in humid environments.
