摘  要:颅内动脉瘤是临床上较常见的脑血管疾病,发病率和死亡率较高,血管内介入治疗具有高效、微创等优势。该文主要对颅内动脉瘤介入治疗器械技术的发展进行了阐述,解读了各类弹簧圈的设计机理,对比编织和切割支架对辅助弹簧圈释放的临床获益,以及分析目前最受瞩目的密网支架的设计原理和优化方向,探讨各类介入器械的发展和应用。Intracranial aneurysm is a common cerebrovascular disease with high morbidity and mortality.Endovascular interventional therapy has advantages of high efficiency and minimally invasive.In this paper,the technical development of intracranial aneurysm interventional therapy Instruments was introduced,by interpreting the design mechanism of various types of coil,comparing the clinical benefits of braided and cut stents for assisting coil deployment,as well as analyzing the design principle and the optimization direction of currently the most eye-catching flow diverter,and thus the development and application of various interventional devices were discussed.
