摘 要:目的建立口腔医学生实习前临床综合素质考评体系并分析其应用效果。方法选择杭州医学院存济口腔医学院口腔医学专业60名四年级医学生作为研究对象,对其采用口腔医学生实习前临床综合素质考评体系进行考核评价,并通过学生评价和学生实习后临床综合能力追踪调查了解该体系的应用效果。结果口腔医学生实习前临床综合素质考评结果显示:医学生在实践操作能力和医患沟通能力考评模块中得分率较高,而临床诊疗思维模块得分率偏低。学生评价结果显示:口腔医学生实习前临床综合素质考评体系可帮助医学生了解并提高自身临床综合素质,快速适应临床实习,但缺乏临床实践训练。医学生实习后临床综合能力追踪调查结果显示:实习单位对口腔医学专业实习生临床综合素质的总体评价较好,但部分实习生缺乏自主学习意识。结论口腔医学生实习前临床综合素质考评体系应用效果较好,具有推广应用价值。Objective To establish a clinical comprehensive quality evaluation system for students majored in stomatology before internship and analyze application effectiveness.Methods 60 medical students majored in stomatology at Hangzhou Medical College,Savaid Stomatology School were selected as the research subjects.They were evaluated with the pre-internship clinical comprehensive quality evaluation system for students majored in stomotology,and the application effect of the system was investigated through students'evaluation and post internship clinical comprehensive ability tracking survey.Results The clinical comprehensive quality evaluation results of students majored in stomotology before internship showed that medical students had a higher score rate in the evaluation modules of practical operation ability and doctor-patient communication ability,while the score rate in the clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking module was lower.The students'evaluation results showed that the pre-internship clinical comprehensive quality evaluation system for students majored in stomotology can help them understand and improve their clinical comprehensive quality,quickly adapt to clinical internship,but lacks clinical practice training.The results of the clinical comprehensive ability tracking survey of medical students after internship showed that the internship unit has a good overall evaluation of the clinical comprehensive quality of students majored in stomatology,but some interns lack self-taught awareness.Conclusion The application effect of the clinical comprehensive quality evaluation system for students majored in stomatology before internship is good,and it has promotional value.
