摘　　要：临床营养进修学员培训是提高临床营养从业人员营养诊疗能力的重要方式之一。鉴于进修学员专业背景、临床工作时间以及进修目标差异大,科学化、规范化和同质化的进修培训方案是培训效果的重要保障。总结“分析(Analysis)—设计(Design)—开发(Development)—实施(Implementation)—评价(Evaluation)”模型(ADDIE模型)在临床营养进修学员规范化培训课程中的设计与实践,实现因材施教和因需施教,以提高进修学员培训质量。Training for clinical nutrition trainees is one of the important ways to improve the nutrition diagnosis and treatment abilities of clinical nutrition practitioners.Given the significant differences in trainees'major backgrounds,clinical work hours,and training goals,a scientific,standardized,and homogenized training program is crucial to ensuring the effectiveness of the training.This paper summarizes the design and practice of the"Analysis-Design-Development-Implementation-Evaluation"model(ADDIE model)in the standardized training course for clinical nutrition trainees,aiming to achieve tailored teaching and teaching based on needs,so as to improve the quality of training for trainees.
