急危重症环境中护理本科实习生共情能力对其临终关怀态度影响的研究

摘　　要：调查急危重症环境中护理本科实习生共情能力与临终关怀态度的现状,并探讨两者之间的关系,为促进临终关怀有效开展提供依据。结果表明,急危重症环境中护理本科实习生临终关怀态度有待进一步改善,共情能力处于中等水平,共情能力中情感护理和换位思考两个维度是临终关怀态度的主要影响因素。To investigate the status of empathy ability and end-of-life care attitudes among undergraduate nursing interns in acute and critical care environment,and explore the relationship between them to provide a basis for promoting effective end-of-life care.The results indicate that the attitudes of undergraduate nursing interns towards end-of-life care in acute and critical care environment need further improvement,and their empathy ability is at a moderate level.The two dimensions of emotional care and empathy are the main influencing factors of end-of-life care attitudes in empathy ability.
