摘　　要：对国内12所高职高专类院校医学生物技术专业的人才培养现状进行问卷调查,统计分析该专业的人才培养定位、课程体系建设、实训室建设和校企合作、师资队伍建设及教学评价方式等方面存在的主要问题,并针对这些问题给出相应的对策和建议,探讨和改进高职院校医学生物技术专业的人才培养模式。Conducted a questionnaire survey on the status of personnel cultivation in medical biotechnology major of 12 higher vocational colleges in China,and statistically analyzed the main problems in the personnel cultivation positioning,course system construction,training room construction,school-enterprise cooperation,teacher team construction,and teaching evaluation methods of this major to provide corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for these problems,and to explore and improve the personnel cultivation model of medical biotechnology major in higher vocational colleges.
