摘　　要：文章介绍了陈誩教授在临床中治疗脏腑内痈类疾病的经验。内科溃疡类疾病较为常见,因其在脏腑内部痈疡表现,中医学认为其为内痈。陈誩教授临床工作多年,撷取中医外科治痈疡托补法相关经验,引用到脏腑“内痈”上,托补并用,收效显著。文中选取陈誩教授临床治疗脏腑内痈的经典临证医案,详细分析案例中患者病情转归过程中的各阶段用药思路,对陈誩教授以托补法应对脏腑内痈的辨证治疗经验进行分析总结,为中医药防治内科溃疡类疾病提供借鉴和参考。This article introduces Professor Chen Jing′s experience in treating visceral“internal carbuncle”in clinical practice.Internal ulcerative diseases are relatively common,and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)considers them as“internal carbuncles”when they manifest as carbuncles within the internal organs.Over many years of clinical work,Professor Chen Jing has drawn upon the promoting and tonifying methods used in TCM surgery and adapted them for the treatment of internal carbuncle within the viscera,achieving significant clinical outcomes.This method,which combines both promoting and tonifying,has proven to be highly effective in these cases.This article includes selected classic clinical cases from Professor Chen Jing′s practice in treating visceral internal carbuncle,offering a detailed analysis of the medication strategies used at various stages of disease progression.It also offers a thorough summary of Professor Chen Jing′s experience in using the promoting and tonifying methods for syndrome differentiation and treatment of visceral carbuncle.This work provides valuable insights and references for the prevention and treatment of internal ulcerative diseases in TCM.
