摘  要:优质蛋白玉米(QPM)的赖氨酸和蛋白质含量均较普通玉米高1倍以上,对我国发展高质量饲料具有重要意义。发展QPM不仅可以缓解我国面临的饲料原料短缺问题,还可以减轻环境污染,增加农民收入,有助于我国畜牧业走上持续、标准化发展道路。阐述了QPM的营养价值、育种发展历史和育种现状,以及QPM在人类和畜禽中的应用情况;展望了QPM的发展前景;针对QPM发展中存在的主要问题,提出了有针对性的解决对策。The lysine and protein contents of high-quality protein maize(QPM)are more than twice as high as normal maize,which is of great significance for the development of high-quality feed in China.Developing QPM can not only alleviate the shortage of feed raw materials faced by China,but also reduce environmental pollution,increase farmers’income,and help China’s animal husbandry industry embark on a sustainable and standardized development path.The nutritional value,breeding history and current status of QPM were elaborated,as well as its application in humans and livestock.The development prospects of QPM were proposed.Regarding the main problems in the development of QPM,the targeted solutions were given.
