摘　　要：患者女,28岁,左侧乳晕斑丘疹2年,反复破溃2周。皮肤科情况:左侧乳晕外缘可见一2.5 mm×4.0 mm大小的褐色斑丘疹,斑丘疹中央可见糜烂。皮肤镜下可见枫叶样区域、蓝灰色小球、蓝灰色卵圆巢、树枝状毛细血管扩张及溃疡。皮损组织病理示:浅表的嗜碱性基底样细胞突起向下延伸入真皮,外周细胞栅栏状排列,可见收缩间隙。诊断:基底细胞癌。予手术治疗,随访2年无复发。A 28-year-old female presented with a brown maculopapule on the outer edge of the left areola for 2 years,which had recurrent ulceration for 2 weeks.Dermatological examination showed a 2.5 mm×4.0 mm brownish maculopapule with a central erosion at the outer edge of the left areola.Dermoscopy revealed maple leaf-like areas,blue-gray globules,blue-gray ovoid nests,arborizing telangiectasia and ulceration.Histopathological examination showed superficial basaloid cell proliferation extending into the dermis,with peripheral cells arranged in a palisading pattern and presence of clefting spaces.The diagnosis of basal cell carcinoma was made.The patient underwent surgical,and there was no recurrence during the 2-year follow-up.
