基于共同土壤学说探析三参三消丸治疗2型糖尿病机制

摘　　要：基于“共同土壤”学说,探讨三参三消丸治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的机制。笔者认为T2DM的发病因素主要有五脏虚损、不良的饮食及生活习惯、情志失调、瘀血和络脉不通等,其病因病机复杂,病程迁延难愈。长期临床实践发现,自制三参三消丸可发挥平补五脏、益气活血、化瘀通络、养阴清热等功效,标本兼顾,不仅能控制血糖,还有助于改善血脂和血压等,同时方中重用山药、薏苡仁、芡实、白扁豆等,可增加饱腹感,降低餐后血糖,改善胰岛素抵抗,临证灵活化裁,共同改善机体内环境,改良“土壤状态”,为中医药治疗糖尿病提供参考。Based on the theory of “common soil”,the mechanism of Sanshen Sanxiao pill in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) was discussed.The main causes of T2DM are weakness of the five internal organs,bad eating habits and poor lifestyle,emotional disorder,blood stasis,etc.The etiology and pathogenesis of T2DM are complex and the course of disease is prolonged and difficult to cure.Long term clinical practice indicates that self-made Sanshen Sanxiao pill can play the role of tonifying the five internal organs,invigorating qi and promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals,and nourishing yin and clearing heat,etc,and looking into both its roots cause and symptoms,not only can control the blood sugar,but also help reduce blood fat and blood pressure,etc.At the same time,the use of yam,coix seed,fruit of Gorgon,white lentil and other whole grains can increase satiety,reduce postprandial blood glucose,improve insulin resistance,improve the internal environment of the body and the “soil state”,and then provide reference for the treatment of diabetes with traditional Chinese medicine.
