补气活血汤联合复方曲安奈德治疗口腔扁平苔藓临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨补气活血汤治疗口腔扁平苔藓的效果。方法 将2019年1月—2021年7月天津市南开区中医医院82例口腔扁平苔藓患者按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各41例。对照组行复方曲安奈德治疗,观察组在此基础上给予补气活血汤治疗,比较2组中医症状积分、白介素-8(IL-8)、白介素-6(IL-6)和临床疗效,随访6个月观察复发率。结果 观察组总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后,2组糜烂、充血肿胀、白纹、疼痛中医症状评分和IL-8、IL-6较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复发率比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论 补气活血汤能有效缓解口腔扁平苔藓临床症状,抑制炎症介质表达和提高疗效,并降低复发率。Objective To explore the effect of Buqi Huoxue decoction on oral lichen planus.Methods From January 2019 to July 2021,82 patients with oral lichen planus in Nankai Hospital Affiliated to Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with compound triamcinolone acetonide,and the observation group was treated with Buqi Huoxue decoction.The TCM symptom score,interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-6(IL-6) and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.The recurrence rate was observed after 6 months of follow-up.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 92.68%,which was higher than that of control group(75.61%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of erosion,congestion and swelling,white lines and pain and IL-8 and IL-6 in both groups were decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above indexes in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of observation group was 4.88%,which was lower than that of control group(19.51%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Buqi Huoxue decoction can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of oral lichen planus,inhibit the expression of inflammatory mediators,improve the curative effect,and reduce the recurrence rate.
