摘　　要：食管癌是一种危及生命的胃肠道恶性肿瘤,其预后不佳,死亡率也较高。虽然可以联合治疗,但患者的5 a生存率仍较低。在过去的几年中,有大量的研究通过中药诱导癌细胞凋亡。本文对中药诱导食管癌细胞凋亡的分子机制进行总结。Esophageal cancer is a life-threatening gastrointestinal malignant tumor with extremely poor prognosis and high mortality.Although combination therapy is available,the patient’s 5-year survival rate is still low.In the past few years,a large number of researchers have used TCM(traditional Chinese medicine)to induce apoptosis of cancer cells.This review summarizes the molecular mechanisms of TCM inducing apoptosis in esophageal cancer cells.
