摘　　要：本文旨在探讨积极心理学在高校辅导员管理中的应用,通过分析积极心理学的核心理念和方法,结合高校辅导员的工作实际,探讨如何运用积极心理学提升辅导员的工作效能,促进学生健康成长。This article aims to explore the application of positive psychology in the management of university counselors.By analyzing the core concepts and methods of positive psychology,combined with the practical work of university counselors,it discusses how to use positive psychology to improve the work efficiency of counselors and promote the healthy growth of students.
