摘　　要：技术创新在驱动企业高质量发展的同时,也在重塑企业收入分配。文章聚焦企业双元创新战略,探讨探索式与利用式创新对劳动收入份额的影响异同及作用机制。研究发现:利用式创新与劳动收入份额呈正向线性关系,而探索式创新与劳动收入份额呈“倒U”型关系;双元创新对劳动要素投入、企业市场势力的差异性影响是造成劳动收入份额非对称性效应的重要因素;此外,内部资源冗余、银行信贷决策、企业数字化转型正向调节了利用式创新对劳动收入份额的正向影响,强化了探索式创新对劳动收入份额的“倒U”型影响;双元创新平衡有利于劳动收入份额进一步提高。研究对于完善创新驱动高质量发展体系构建、优化收入分配格局具有一定的启示作用。While driving the high-quality development of enterprises,the technological innovation also reshapes corporate income distribution.The article focuses on the ambidextrous innovation strategy of enterprises,to explore the similarities,differences,and mechanism of the impact of exploratory and exploitative innovation on labor income share.Research findings:Exploitative innovation has a positive linear relationship with the labor income share,while exploratory innovation has an"inverted U"shaped relationship with the labor income share.The differential impact of the ambidextrous innovation on labor factor input and market power of enterprises is an important channel causing the asymmetric effect on labor income share.In addition,internal resource redundancy,bank credit decisions,and digital transformation of enterprises positively regulate the positive impact of exploitative innovation on labor income share and strengthen the"inverted U"shaped impact of exploratory innovation on labor income share.Balancing the ambidextrous innovation is conducive to further increasing the labor income share.The research has certain enlightenment for improving the construction of an innovation-driven high-quality development system and optimizing the income distribution pattern.
