摘　　要：青光眼是以特征性视神经萎缩和视野缺损为主要表现的不可逆性致盲眼病。唐代《外台秘要》首见“绿翳青盲”病名,至宋元时期明确提出五风内障病名;西方医学的青光眼起源于古希腊。中外医家自发现该病后对其认识不断发展深入,丰富了青光眼的诊断及治疗方法。19世纪初,中、西医眼科汇通,青光眼成为眼科专业名词,一直沿用至今。本文梳理中、西医古今文献,回溯青光眼的历史发展,为现代中西医结合治疗青光眼提供了理论依据和指导。Glaucoma is an irreversible blinding eye disease characterized by optic atrophy and visual field defect.The term"Luyi Qingmang"was first seen in the TANG Dynasty´s"Waitai Miyao",and the term"Wufeng Neizhang"was explicitly proposed during the SONG and YUAN dynasties.The concept of glaucoma in Western Medicine originated from ancient Greece.Since its discovery,medical practitioners from both China and abroad have continually deepened their understanding of this disease,enriching the diagnosis and treatment methods for glaucoma.In the early 19th century,ophthalmology of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)and Western Medicine converged,and glaucoma became a professional term in ophthalmology,which has been used ever since.This article reviews the ancient and modern literature on glaucoma in both TCM and Western Medicine,tracing back the historical development of glaucoma,and providing a theoretical basis and guidance for modern integrated TCM and Western Medicine in the treatment of glaucoma.
