摘　　要：MBTI人格测试具有较好的信度和效度,能够较为准确地实现对于不同人格类型的界分。犯罪分子存在着有别于非犯罪人群的特殊人格,且该人格能够一定程度上在MBTI人格测试中得到体现。将MBTI应用至累犯和再犯可能性判断时,综合考量被测试者所属的MBTI人格类型和其在该类型中表现出的倾向幅度,从而为实现更妥当的刑罚提供参考依据。The MBTI personality test has good reliability and validity,and can more accurately realize the delineation of different personality types.Criminals have a special personality that is different from that of non-criminals,and this personality can be reflected in the MBTI personality test to a certain extent.When applying MBTI to the determination of recidivism and the possibility of recidivism,it is important to consider the MBTI personality type of the tested person and the extent of his/her tendency in this type,so as to provide a reference basis for the realization of a more appropriate punishment.
