摘　　要：涉法涉诉信访作为信访的重要部分,有其自身的特点、产生原因和化解方式方法。分析涉法涉诉信访的特点,探寻涉法涉诉信访的成因,对于有效开展涉法涉诉信访矛盾纠纷化解工作具有重要的意义,也有助于切实维护群众的正当利益,保障社会大局的稳定,加快推进中国式现代化建设。As an important part of letters and visits,letters and visits involving law and litigation have their own characteristics,causes and solutions.Analyzing and exploring the characteristics and causes of letters and visits involving law and litigation,it is of great significance to effectively carry out the work of resolving contradictions and disputesrelated to letters and visits involving law,and it also helps to effectively safeguard the legitimate interests of the masses,ensure the stability of the overall situation of society,and to accelerate the construction of Chinese path to modernization.
