摘 要:限制减刑罪犯与普通刑事罪犯具有显著差异,犯罪人格固化、服刑时间超长、平均年龄较大、改造动机偏弱、家庭支持需求强烈等是限制减刑罪犯的主要特征。以B监狱为例,教育改造限制减刑罪犯,就需要根据这些特征,从抓住主要矛盾树立科学教育理念、抓住主要特点开展行为规训教育、抓住主要问题开展异常心理矫治、抓住主要联系维系家庭亲情支持等四个方面入手,提高教育改造的针对性。There are significant differences between limited commutation criminals and ordinary criminals.The curing of criminal personality,long sentence time,older average age,weak motivation for transformation,and strong family support needs are the main characteristics of limited commutationcriminals.Taking Prison B as an example,reformatory educationto limited commutation criminals needs to be based on these characteristics,starting from four aspects of grasping the main contradictions to establish scientific educational concept,grasping the main characteristics to carry out behavioral training and education,grasping the main problems to carry out abnormal psychological correction,and grasping the main links to maintain family support,so as to improve the pertinence of reformatory education.
