摘 要:针对飞行器地面热测试可能导致的结构损坏问题,提出了一种基于MATLAB的虚拟热测试的有限元设计方法。首先推导了在MATLAB中基于有限元定义热问题的有限元矩阵,接着针对虚拟热测试的飞行器对象,通过静态试验计算了关键材料的属性,最后在MATLAB环境下采用有限元法实现了虚拟热测试功能。与Ansys的稳态热测试数值对比表明,在10个温度采样点的最大数值误差率不超过4%,平均误差率1.01%,验证了在MATLAB中基于有限元的虚拟热测试设计的可行性。A finite element design method based on MATLAB for virtual thermal test was proposed to address the potential structural damage caused by aircraft ground thermal test.Firstly,the finite element matrix for defining the thermal problem based on finite element in MATLAB was derived.Then,for the aircraft object undergoing virtual thermal test,the key material properties were calculated through static test.Finally,the virtual thermal test was realized by the finite element method in the MATLAB environment.The numerical comparison with Ansys showed that the maximum numerical error ratio of ten temperature sampling points is less than 4%,and the average error ratio is 1.01%,which verified the feasibility of the virtual thermal test design based on finite element in MATLAB.
