新时代我国足球体校发展的现实困境与纾解方略

摘　　要：足球事业是我国迈向体育强国的标志性事业。以我国足球体校作为研究对象,用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法,探究新时代足球体校的历史使命,并指出在其发展过程中存在以下困境:角色身份转变,生源衔接不畅;足球人口匮乏,招生来源受限;选拔机制单一,学员质量堪忧;政策优势弱化,学训矛盾加剧。基于此,提出应营造良好制度空间,推进角色转变;寻求多方合作,扩大招生路径;强化文体并重发展理念,建立科学的选拔机制;落实体教融合,缓解学训矛盾。Football cause is the landmark cause for China to move towards a sports power.This article takes football sports schools in China as the research object,and uses the Literature Review,Expert Interviews,and Logical Analysis to explore the historical mission of football sports schools in the new era,and points out that there are dilemmas in its development process,such as:Role and identity transformation,poor cohesion of students;Lack of football population and limited recruitment sources;The selection mechanism is single,and the quality of students is worrying;The policy advantage is weakened,the contradiction between learning and training is intensified.Based on this,it is proposed to create a good institutional space to promote the role transformation;Seek multi-party cooperation to expand enrollment paths;Strengthen the concept of equal development of literary style and establish a scientific selection mechanism;Implement the integration of sports and education to alleviate the conflict between learning and training.
