摘 要:为探讨分析抗阻结合核心力量训练对肥胖男性大学生的减肥效果,筛选广州城市职业学院38名大一肥胖男生作为研究对象,随机分为运动干预组与对照组,运动干预组进行16周抗阻结合核心力量训练,对照组不实施运动干预,实验前后分别测量受试者的身体质量指数、腰臀比及体脂率。结果发现,实施16周运动干预后受试者的身体质量指数、腰臀比及体脂率均有明显下降,运动干预组三个指标干预前后对比均有显著性差异(P<0.01);运动干预组的身体质量指数、腰臀比及体脂率的后测成绩要明显低于对照组的后测成绩,且均有显著性差异(第一与第三个指标P<0.01,第二个指标P<0.05)。这表明抗阻结合核心力量训练可以降低肥胖男性大学生的身体质量指数、腰臀比及体脂率,能够达到减脂的目的,有利于体质健康发展。In order to explore and analyze the effect of resistance combined with core strength training on weight loss of obese male college students,38 obese male freshmen from Guangzhou City Polytechnic were selected as research objects and randomly divided into exercise intervention group and control group.The exercise intervention group received resistance combined with core strength training for 16 weeks,while the control group did not implement exercise intervention.Body mass index,waist‐to‐hip ratio and body fat percentage were measured before and after the experiment.The results showed that after 16 weeks of exercise intervention,the body mass index,waist-hip ratio and body fat percentage of the subjects were significantly decreased,and the three indexes in the exercise intervention group were significantly different before and after intervention(P<0.01).The posttest scores of body mass index,waist‐hip ratio and body fat percentage in the exercise intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and there were significant differences(the first and the third indexes P<0.01,the second index P<0.05).This indicates that the combination of resistance and core strength training can reduce the body mass index,waist‐hip ratio and body fat percentage of obese male college students,which can achieve the purpose of fat reduction and is conducive to the healthy development of physique.
