摘  要:Obstruction of blood vessels(thrombosis)due to blood clots is one of the main causes of death worldwide and is associated with many cardiovascular diseases,such as myocardial infarction,ischemic stroke,and pulmonary embolism[1].Thrombolytic therapy is currently the preferred treatment for acute thrombosis and is administered intravenously with thrombolytic drugs,such as tissue plasminogen activator(tPA)[2].
