摘  要:猪场废水是养殖废水的重要组成部分.为建立一种高效处理猪场废水至达标排放的生物反应器,比较3个污水处理厂的活性污泥对猪场废水的降解性能,通过响应面试验确定序批式活性污泥法(SBR)工艺的最适处理条件,最后利用小球藻对SBR出水深度净化.结果显示,汉西污水处理厂的活性污泥对猪场废水的化学需氧量(COD)和氨氮(NH_(4)^(+)-N)降解效率最高.响应面试验显示,原废水的COD和NH_(4)^(+)-N浓度分别为1547和513 mg/L,在混合液悬浮固体浓度(MLSS)为5082 mg/L,曝气启停时间比6.5 h:1.5 h,温度27.7℃的条件下,SBR 8 h的TN降解率最高达70.22%.稳定运行的SBR装置出水COD和NH_(4)^(+)-N分别为31和3.5mg/L.微生物群落多样性分析表明,假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)、消化链球菌属(Peptostreptococcus)和硝化螺旋菌属(Nitrospira)在SBR驯化过程中被富集,占比分别提高至13.98%、10.79%和6.26%.SBR出水在接种量为0.2的小球藻(Chorella FACHB-9)处理5 d后,藻蛋白得率为0.111 g/L,出水的COD、NH_(4)^(+)-N、TN和TP仅有36、0.5、1.5和0.23 mg/L,且最大或然数(MPN)法测定粪大肠菌群浓度为9143 MPN/L,出水各项指标达到GB 3838—2002《地表水环境质量标准》Ⅴ类水质标准.本研究表明优化的SBR串联小球藻生物反应器可以有效净化猪场废水达到直排水质,同时获得有价值的藻蛋白,结果可为养殖废水的循环利用提供理论依据.(图5表3参42)Swine farm wastewater is a significant component of agricultural wastewater.In this study,we aimed to establish a combined sequencing batch reactor(SBR)and Chlorella bioreactor for efficient treatment of swine farm wastewater to meet discharge standards.We compared the degradation efficiency of activated sludge from three wastewater treatment plants,determined the optimal treatment conditions for the SBR process,and conducted full-scale purification of SBR effluent using Chlorella sp.FACHB-9.Response surface experiments,microbial community structure analysis,and swine farm wastewater degradation experiments were conducted to identify optimal operating conditions for the SBR process and to observe microbial composition changes before and after activated sludge domestication.The SBR process achieved the highest total nitrogen(TN)removal rate(70.22%)when using activated sludge from the Hanxi Wastewater Treatment Plant,with mixed liquid suspended solids(MLSS)at 5082 mg/L,aeration start-stop time of 6.5 h:1.5 h,and a temperature of 27.7℃.Microbial community structure analysis showed increases in Pseudomonas,Peptostreptococcus,and Nitrospira populations during domestication,accounting for 13.98%,10.79%,and 6.26% during the SBR stabilization period,respectively.Stable concentrations of chemical oxygen demand(COD)and NH_(4)^(+)-N in the SBR effluent were 31 and 3.5 mg/L,respectively.After cultivation with Chlorella sp.FACHB-9,NH_(4)^(+)-N,TN,and total phosphorus(TP)concentrations in the final effluent were significantly reduced to 0.5,1.5,and 0.23 mg/L,respectively,with an algal protein yield of 0.111 g/L.The concentration of fecal coliforms in the final effluent was 9143 MPN/L,meeting Class V of the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water(GB 3838-2002).The SBR process effectively eliminated NH_(4)^(+)-N and COD from swine farm wastewater and Chlorella sp.FACHB-9 efficiently removed residual nitrogen and phosphorus while producing valuable algal proteins.This combined process presents an excellent opportunity
