中国式现代化的世界主义底色及其文明意义

摘　　要：历史地看,中国从来就是世界的。中国式现代化是不断绵延的中华文明的新阶段。中国式现代化是“世界之中国”的现代化转型。从形成起,中华文明就是一种具有天下情怀的文明,其绵延不绝的秘密在于超越种族、地域和现代民族国家利益视域的开放性、世界胸怀、文明自觉和使命意识。它是一直对世界文明发展做着卓越贡献的生生不息的“复杂共同体”。中国共产党继承了中华文明的天下情怀,融合了马克思主义的世界历史意识,领导全国人民在与世界的互动中探索出中华民族伟大复兴之路。中国式现代化道路,始终体现了高度的世界文明意识,在全球分裂的世界历史进程中把握历史主动实现自力更生发展,丰富了现代文明。中国式现代化超越了国家视野,敞开了马克思主义的文明现代性品质;打破了欧洲现代性神话,敞开了世界文明多样性品质。从中国式现代化的世界主义底色看,它不仅是一种绵延不绝的具有天下情怀的古老文明的现代转型,而且推动和引领世界的新文明想象。Historically,China has always belonged to the world.As a new stage of continuous Chinese civilization,Chinese modernization is the transformation of“China of the world”in modern time.Chinese civilization has been a civilization imbued with a global vision since it appeared,and its continuity is due to its attributes of openness,global vision,civilization consciousness,and the sense of mission that are beyond races,regions and national interests.Besides,it is an ever-thriving“complex community”that has been making great contributions to the development of world civilization.The Communist Party of China has inherited the global vision of Chinese civilization,integrated this vision with the Marxist consciousness of world history,and led Chinese people in exploring the path to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in their interactions with the world.The path to Chinese modernization has embodied a strong consciousness of the world civilization.In the world history of global fragmentation,Chinese modernization has enriched modern civilization by taking the historical initiative and achieving self-reliant development.It has not only gone beyond the national vision and revealed the civilizational modernity of Marxism,but also broken the myth of European modernity and displayed the attribute of diversity of the world civilization.Seen from its basic feature of cosmopolitanism,Chinese modernization is the modern transformation of a continuous ancient civilization incorporating every element of the world civilization,which inspires and guides the imagina-tion of people for a new civilization of the world.
