摘 要:目的:探究浙江红山茶(Camelia chekiangoleosa Hu)不同组织(花朵、叶片、籽壳、籽仁)的活性成分含量及抗氧化性的差异。方法:采用70%乙醇超声提取法,对浙江红山茶的不同组织进行提取,并通过离心、浓缩、定容得到提取液。进一步对提取液中的总黄酮、总酚和总三萜含量进行定量分析,并通过DPPH和ABTS自由基清除能力法评估其抗氧化性。结果:浙江红山茶不同组织中总黄酮含量依次是花朵≈叶片>籽壳>籽仁;总酚含量依次是花朵>叶片>籽仁>籽壳;总三萜含量依次是花朵≈叶片≈籽仁>籽壳。浙江红山茶不同组织的抗氧化性强弱顺序依次是花朵>叶片>籽壳>籽仁。结论:浙江红山茶的不同组织中,花朵的活性成分含量最高,抗氧化能力最强,其次是叶片,而籽壳与籽仁也具有一定的开发应用潜力。Objective:The contents of active components and antioxidant activities in different tissues of Camellia chekiangoleosa Hu were studied.Methods:Tissues were collected,extracted with 70%ethanol by ultrasonication,and then concentrated.The contents of total flavonoids,total phenols,and total triterpenoids were measured.The antioxidant activitie of the tissues were evaluated using DPPH and ABTS methods.Results:The content of total flavonoids was highest in flowers and leaves,followed by seed shells and kernels.The content of total phenols was greatest in flowers,then leaves,kernels,and shells.The content of total triterpenoids was similar in flowers,leaves,and kernels,with shells having the least.Antioxidant activity was highest in flowers,followed by leaves,shells,and kernels.Conclusion:Flowers had the highest levels of active components and antioxidant activity,followed by leaves.While seed shells and kernels also have potential for development.
