摘　　要：本文建立了QuEChERS结合超高效液相色谱串联质谱测定蔬菜中3种四环素类抗生素的方法。方法学分析发现,四环素质量浓度在2~200 ng·mL^(-1)时,土霉素、金霉素质量浓度在1~200 ng·mL^(-1)时,线性关系良好,线性系数均大于0.995。四环素、土霉素和金霉素的检出限分别为0.8μg·kg^(-1)、0.4μg·kg^(-1)、0.4μg·kg^(-1),定量限分别为2.6μg·kg^(-1)、1.3μg·kg^(-1)、1.3μg·kg^(-1)。各目标化合物的回收率为64.5%~92.6%,相对标准偏差为1.8%~10.9%。表明本方法灵敏度高、操作简单,适用于蔬菜中3种四环素类抗生素的快速检测。In this paper,a method for the determination of three tetracycline antibiotics in vegetables by QuEChERS combined with ultra-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry was established.Methodological analysis showed that when the mass concentration of tetracycline was 2 ng·mL^(-1)to 200 ng·mL^(-1),the mass concentration of oxytetracycline and chlortetracycline were 1 ng·mL^(-1)to 200 ng·mL^(-1),the linear relationship was good,and the linear coefficients were greater than 0.995.The limits of detection of tetracycline,oxytetracycline and aureomycin were 0.8μg·kg^(-1),0.4μg·kg^(-1)and 0.4μg·kg^(-1),and the limits of quantitation were 2.6μg·kg^(-1),1.3μg·kg^(-1)and 1.3μg·kg^(-1),respectively.The recoveries of the target compounds were 64.5%to 92.6%and the relative standard deviations were 1.8%to 10.9%The results indicated this method is sensitive and easy to operate,which is suitable for the rapid determination of there tetracycline antibiotics in vegetables.
