摘 要:目的:分析聊城市市售蔬菜中的杀菌剂污染情况,为后续相关部门开展蔬菜质量监督管理提供参考。方法:在聊城市4个县(市、区)分别随机采集3种269份蔬菜样品,完成9种常见杀菌剂(烯酰吗啉、三唑酮、戊唑醇、苯醚甲环唑、多菌灵、甲基硫菌灵、烯酰吗啉、戊唑醇、甲霜灵)的检测工作。结果:3种蔬菜中杀菌剂检出率为53.9%,其中芹菜的检出率最高(85.2%);检出率最高的杀菌剂为苯醚甲环唑(33.3%),多菌灵、烯酰吗啉和丙环唑检出率>15%。单种蔬菜上2种及以上杀菌剂的检出率达到39.8%。所有样品杀菌剂残留量均未超过标准限量要求。结论:聊城市市售洋葱、韭菜、芹菜3种蔬菜中杀菌剂检出率较高,应加大监测力度,采取相应措施以确保食品安全。Objective:To analyze the contamination of fungicides in vegetables sold in Liaocheng city,and to provide reference for relevant departments to carry out vegetable quality supervision and management.Methods:A total of 269 samples of 3 kinds of vegetables were randomly collected in 4 counties(cities and districts)of Liaocheng city,and 9 common fungicides(enoylmorpholine,triazolone,tebuconazole,difenoconazole,carbendazim,thiophanate-methyl,enomorpholine,tebuconazole,methalene)were detected.Results:The detection rate of fungicide in the three vegetables was 53.9%,and celery had the highest detection rate(85.2%).Difenoconazole(33.3%)had the highest detection rate of fungicides,and carbendazim,enomorpholine and propiconazole more than 15%.The detection rate of two or more fungicides on a single vegetable reached 39.8%.All samples did not exceed the standard limit of biocide.Conclusion:The detection rate of fungicides in three kinds of vegetables such as onion,leek and celery in Liaocheng city is relatively high,and the monitoring should be strengthened and corresponding measures should be taken to ensure food safety.
