摘　　要：食品中重金属铅与镉的检测是保证食品安全的关键环节。电化学检测法以其高灵敏度、快速性与环保性在食品重金属检测领域展现出显著优势。基于此,本文深入探讨食品中重金属铅、镉的电化学检测方法,并详细阐述其应用措施及应用价值,以期为食品安全检测工作提供参考。The detection of heavy metals lead and cadmium in food is the key link to ensure food safety.Electrochemical detection method shows significant advantages in the field of heavy metal detection in food because of its high sensitivity,rapidity and environmental protection.Based on this,this paper discusses the electrochemical detection methods of lead and cadmium in food,and expounds their application measures and application value in detail,in order to provide references for food safety detection.
