摘　　要：农药通常用于防治农产品的病虫害,提高产量和质量。然而,由于农药使用不规范,导致农产品存在农药残留超标的问题,对人们的健康造成巨大危害。本文从农药残留检测技术的应用价值出发,探讨了几种常见的农药残留检测技术,并就提升该技术在食品质量检验中的应用效果提出相应建议,以供参考。Pesticides are usually used to control diseases and pests of agricultural products,improve yield and quality.However,due to the non-standard use of pesticides,agricultural products have excessive pesticide residues,causing great harm to people's health.Based on the application value of pesticide residue detection technology,this paper discusses several common pesticide residue detection technologies,and puts forward corresponding suggestions on improving the application effect of this technology in food quality inspection for reference.
