摘 要:目的分析呼吸内科提升护理质量应用责任管理联合绩效考核的效果。方法选取2022年9月—2023年10月安陆市普爱医院呼吸内科20名护理人员为研究对象,2022年9月—2023年3月期间实施常规护理质量管理方法,记作对照组。在2023年4—10月期间实施责任管理联合绩效考核管理方法,记作观察组。比较两组护理质量评分、工作满意度、管理满意度。结果观察组的护理质量评分、工作满意度评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组的管理满意度为100.00%(20/20),高于对照组的80.00%(16/20),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.444,P<0.05)。结论呼吸内科应用责任管理+绩效考核方法在提升护理质量方面有积极作用。Objective To analyze the effect of joint performance assessment of responsibility management in respiratory medicine to improve nursing quality.Methods A total of twenty nursing staff in the respiratory department of Anlu Puai Hospital from September 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and routine nursing quality management methods were implemented during September 2022 to March 2023,and were recorded as the control group.From April to October 2023,the responsibility management and performance appraisal management method will be implemented and recorded as the observation group.The nursing quality score,job satisfaction and management satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing quality scores and job satisfaction scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%(20/20),higher than 80.00%(16/20)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.444,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of responsibility management and performance evaluation methods in respiratory medicine has a positive effect on promoting the improvement of nursing quality.
