摘 要:以半纤维素和β-环糊精(β-CD)为功能单体,乙二醇缩水甘油醚(EGDE)为交联剂,合成了新型生物复合水凝胶吸附剂(HC/β-CD)用于去除水溶液中的亚甲基蓝(MB)。通过红外光谱、X射线衍射和扫描电镜对复合凝胶的化学组成和结构进行分析。探讨了HC和β-CD用量对HC/β-CD溶胀性的影响,筛选出溶胀性最佳的HC/β-CD进行MB吸附实验。并研究pH、吸附剂用量、温度等对MB吸附性能的影响。结果表明:吸附剂用量为30mg,起始浓度为20mg/L(50mL),MB在60min内的最大吸附量为29.1mg/g,吸附动力学符合准二阶动力学模型,属于化学吸附。平衡吸附遵循Langmuir模型,属于单层吸附。此外,吸附剂用量为30mg,MB起始浓度为10mg/L(50mL),连续5次吸附-解吸循环后,染料去除率仍在70.38%。因此,HC/β-CD可作为一种环境友好且有效的生物质吸附剂去除印染废水中的MB。A new biocomposite hydrogel adsorbent(HC/β-CD)was synthesized by using hemicellulose(HC)andβ-cyclodextrin(β-CD)as functional monomers and ethylene glycol glycidyl ether(EGDE)as crosslinking agent,and it is used for the removal of methylene blue(MB)from aqueous solution.The chemical composition and structure of the composite gel were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.The effect of the amount of HC andβ-CD on the swelling of HC/β-CD was investigated,and the HC/β-CD with the best swelling was selected for MB adsorption experiment.The effects of pH,adsorbent dosage,and temperature on the adsorption performance of MB were studied.The results showed that the maximum adsorption capacity of MB was 29.1mg/g within 120min when the adsorbent dosage was 30mg and the initial concentration was 20mg/L(50mL).The adsorption kinetics conformed to the quasi-second-order kinetic model and belonged to chemical adsorption.The equilibrium adsorption followed the Langmuir model and belonged to monolayer adsorption.In addition,with an adsorbent dosage of 30mg and an initial MB concentration of 10mg/L(50 mL),after five consecutive adsorption-desorption cycles,the dye removal rate was still remained at 70.38%.Therefore,HC/β-CD could be used as an environmentally friendly and effective biomass adsorbent to remove MB from printing and dyeing wastewater.
