摘 要:沉香是应用广泛的名贵药材和顶级香料。天然沉香形成缓慢,野生资源面临枯竭,采用人工方法诱导结香是沉香产业发展的重要研究方向。本文对常见的人工诱导催香方法及主流的结香机制假说进行了归纳总结,对未来如何高效稳定地人工催香及探究结香机制提出了建议,以期为结香率和结香品质的提高及后期的产业规模化提供参考。Agarwood was a widely used traditional and valuable medicinal material and top spice.However,wild resources of agarwood were facing depletion due to slow formation.Consequently,the development of the incense industry had led to the emergence of artificial agarwood formation as a significant research area.In this paper,a summary of common artificially induced agarwood methods and mainstream mechanism hypotheses was presented,with suggestions on how to efficiently and stably induce agarwood and explore the aroma mechanism in the future,to provide a reference to enhance the yield and quality of agarwood,as well as for subsequent industrial-scale production.
