摘 要:为进一步探究矿用局部通风机内部流场和气动噪声特性,以FBD型矿用局部轴流式通风机为研究对象,在对其进行三维建模的基础上,应用大涡模型和FW-H声学模型,分别对其内部流场和气动噪声特性进行数值计算。结果显示,该通风机结构中,涡量分布规律与气动噪声分布规律存在显著相似之处,气动噪声主要分布在涡量变化较大的区域。因此,提出了优化一级叶轮前缘和二级叶轮后缘的策略,以期为今后的通风机优化设计提供一定参考。To further investigate the internal flow field and aerodynamic noise characteristics of local ventilation fans used in mining,the FBD type local axial mine ventilator was taken as the research object.Based on its three-dimensional modeling,the large eddy model and FW-H acoustic model were applied to numerically calculate its internal flow field and aerodynamic noise characteristics.The results show that there are significant similarities between vorticity distribution and aerodynamic noise distribution in the fan structure,and the aerodynamic noise is mainly distributed in the region with large vorticity variation.Therefore,the strategy of optimizing the leading edge of the first impeller and the trailing edge of the second impeller is proposed in order to provide certain reference for the optimization design of the fan in the future.
