摘　　要：研究天然栀子蓝染料对真丝绸的印花性能,探讨媒染方法、媒染剂种类、媒染剂用量、汽蒸时间、pH等因素对印花性能的影响,选择硫酸亚铁作为媒染剂,优化栀子蓝染料真丝织物印花工艺。结果表明,优化栀子蓝染料真丝织物印花工艺为:同媒法印花,栀子蓝染料2%,瓜尔胶5%,硫酸亚铁3%,尿素8%,pH为3,汽蒸时间20 min左右,印花织物得色较深,各项色牢度较好。The properties of natural gardenia blue dye in silk printing were studied.The influences of mordant method,mordant type,mordant dosage,steaming time and pH on printing performance were discussed.Choosing ferrous sulfate as a mordant,the printing process of gardenia blue on silk fabric was optimized.The results show that the optimal printing process of gardenia blue on silk fabric was as follows:same medium printing method,gardenia blue dye 2%,guar gum 5%,ferrous sulfate 3%,urea 8%,pH 3,steaming time about 20 min.The printing fabric color is darker,and the color fastness is good.
