摘 要:通过对不同界定取向下患者信任内涵的阐释,结合中国的社会文化情境,按照人际层面、机构层面和系统层面梳理了患者信任的概念内涵,归纳了患者信任的四种影响机制模型,包括基于患者的信任倾向性模型、基于医方的感知可信度模型、生态学模型和动态演变模型。未来应在人际信任、机构信任、系统信任的不同层次,全方位理解患者信任的影响路径;关注不同就医情境下患者信任的动态演变,及时识别信任受损风险;以及探索信任受损的修复策略及协同治理路径。By interpreting the connotations of patient trust from different definitional orientations and in the context of China's socio-cultural situation,this study categorizes patient trust into interpersonal,institutional,and systemic levels.Furthermore,four models of the influence mechanism of patient trust have been identified,including the patient-based trust propensity model,the provider-based perceived trustworthiness model,the ecological model and the dynamic evolution model.In the future,it would be beneficial to gain a deeper understanding of the influence pathways of patient trust across all aspects and levels,including interpersonal,institutional and systemic trust.It is also essential to monitor the dynamic evolution of patient trust in different healthcare situations,promptly identify risks of trust erosion.Furthermore,it would be valuable to explore effective repair strategies and to promote collaborative governance pathways for patient trust.
