摘 要:为了促进含氢能源系统中灵活性资源的综合利用,针对光储氢集站对调度指令的响应问题,提出一种考虑广义储能参与灵活响应的光储氢集站实时能量管理策略。对光储氢集站内电池储能、电制氢负荷等广义储能进行精细化建模,在集站模型中引入考虑电-热-流耦合关系的电制氢虚拟储能模型。通过优化集站灵活性资源的出力构建日内-实时两级能量管理策略,在能量管理优化层面满足运行计划要求的同时考虑效益最大化,实现电池储能荷电状态初、末状态优化;对系统功率波动进行实时反馈校正,保证集站内功率平衡。算例仿真结果验证了所提策略在提升运行经济效益、促进可再生能源消纳方面的积极作用。In order to promote the comprehensive utilization of flexible resource in energy system containing hydrogen,aiming at the problem of photovoltaic-energy storage-hydrogen production integrated system respon-sing to the dispatch instruction,a real-time energy management strategy for photovoltaic-energy storage-hydro⁃gen production integrated system considering generalized energy storage participating in flexible response is proposed.The refined modeling of generalized energy storage such as battery energy storage and electrolytic hydrogen production load in the photovoltaic-energy storage-hydrogen production integrated system is carried out,and a virtual energy storage model of electrolytic hydrogen production considering the electric-thermal-flow coupling relationship is introduced into the integrated system model.An intra-day and real-time two-level energy management strategy is established by optimizing the output of flexible resource in the integrated system,which considers the maximum benefit while satisfing the scheduling plan requirement in the energy management optimizaiton level,and realizes the optimization of initial and final states of charge for battery energy storage.The real-time feedback correction of system power fluctuation is carried out to ensure the power balance in the integrated system.The example and simulation results verify the positive effect of the proposed strategy in improving the operation economy benefit and renewable energy accommodation.
