摘 要:新时代的社会治理任务需要法学专业人才学习并实践“枫桥经验”,在校法学教育的“枫桥经验”课程教学当前存在实践性不足、学生角色归属感较低、学生价值态度偏差三方面风险,应根据社会的人才需要改进“枫桥经验”课程教学。多声对话教学包含多师协同的多声性,多生协同的多声性、师生协同的多声性,能够构建出与“枫桥经验”实践场景同构的、可迁移的学习场景,促进学生积极了解知识和技能、充分理解方法并能动参与训练过程、形成自我建构基础上的情感认同。从教育者的角度,“枫桥经验”多声对话教学的实现路径主要包括:以交叉备课和多媒体化为依托的多师协同;以案例与研讨约束的情景教学为依托的多生协同;校地互补,促进学习标兵正式参与“枫桥经验”实践的师生协同。The social governance tasks of the new era require legal professionals to learn and practice the"Fengqiao Experience."However,the current teaching of the"Fengqiao Experience"course in law education faces three main risks:insufficient practical relevance,low sense of belonging among students,and deviations in students'values and attitudes.To address these issues,the teaching of the"Fengqiao Experience"course should be improved based on societal talent needs.The multi-voice dialogue teaching model includes collaborative voices from multiple teachers,students,and the interaction between teachers and students.This model can create transferable learning scenarios that closely resemble the practical contexts of the"Fengqiao Experience,"encouraging students to actively engage with knowledge and skills,thoroughly understand methods,and participate dynamically in the training process,thereby fostering emotional identification based on self-construction.From an educator's perspective,the implementation pathways of the"Fengqiao Experience"multi-voice dialogue teaching mainly include:collaborative preparation based on interdisciplinary approaches and multimedia;scenario-based teaching using cases and discussions to promote student collaboration;and school-community collaboration to facilitate the formal participation of learning exemplars in the"Fengqiao Experience"practice.
