摘 要:为了解青榨槭种子发芽规律,通过种子不同处理,不同贮藏时间对种子进行发芽试验。结果表明:低温湿沙贮藏能显著提高种子的发芽率,种子的发芽率为15.42%,不同处理种子的发芽率存在显著性差异;不同贮藏时间种子发芽率存在显著差异,贮藏时间越长,种子的发芽率越高,随温度提高种子发芽率显著提高。该结果可为青榨槭种苗培育提供重要参考。In order to understand the germination regularity of Acer Davidii Franch.seeds,the germination experiment was carried out by different seed treatments and different storage time.The results showed that low temperature and wet sand storage could significantly improve seed germination rate,which was 15.42%,there were significant differences in germination rate among different treatments;The germination rate of seeds was significantly different with different storage time.The longer the storage time,the higher the germination of seeds.the germination rate of seeds increased significantly with the increase of germination temperature.The results can provide important reference for the seedling cultivation of Acer Davidii Franch.
