标准化护理实践教学在心胸血管外科护理带教中的应用

摘  要:目的:研究标准化护理实践教学模式在心胸血管外科护理教学中的应用。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月在德阳市人民医院心胸血管外科护理教学的实习护生56名为研究对象,随机分为两组,传统护理带教组(28名)实施常规护理带教,标准化护理实践教学组(28名)实施标准化护理实践教学,比较两组带教效果。结果:带教4周后,标准化护理实践教学组的心胸血管外科护理理论考试分数、护理操作技能考试分数、护理评估和诊断能力评分、护士综合素质能力评分、护理带教参与积极性、护患沟通能力评分、护士核心能力评分、护理带教满意率,均高于传统护理带教组(P<0.05)。结论:在心胸血管外科护理教学中,实施标准化护理实践教学模式,教学效果更好。Objective:To study the application of standardized nursing practice teaching model in nursing teaching of cardiothoracic and vascular surgery.Methods:56 practicing nursing students receiving cardiovascular surgery nursing teaching in Deyang People’s Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into two groups:the traditional nursing teaching group(28)implemented routine nursing teaching,and the standardized nursing practice teaching group(28)implemented standardized nursing practice teaching.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After 4 weeks of teaching,test scores of cardiovascular surgery nursing theory,test scores of nursing operation skills,nursing evaluation and diagnostic ability scores,nurses’comprehensive quality ability scores,nursing teaching participation enthusiasm,nursing communication ability scores,nurses’core ability scores,and nursing teaching satisfaction rate in the standardized nursing practice teaching group were higher than those of the traditional nursing teaching group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing teaching of cardiothoracic and vascular surgery,the implementation of standardized nursing practice teaching mode has better teaching effect.
