观察固本安神合剂治疗结直肠癌患者化疗后睡眠障碍的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察固本安神合剂治疗结直肠癌患者化疗后睡眠障碍的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年1月至2023年12月广东省第二中医院门诊及住院部收治的结直肠癌化疗并伴有睡眠障碍患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组在睡前服用艾司唑仑片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用固本安神合剂治疗。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的差异,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS),采用柯氏体能状态评分(KPS)评估表评估2组肿瘤患者的生命质量,并比较2组患者的睡眠时间、睡眠效率、不良反应发生率。结果:干预后,观察组患者PSQI评分、SAS评分显著低于对照组,观察组KPS评分显著高于对照组,观察组睡眠时间、睡眠效率显著高于对照组,观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:固本安神合剂对改善结直肠癌患者化疗后睡眠障碍效果显著,较为安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Gubenanshen Mixture on sleep disorder after chemotherapy in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods:From January 2021 to December 2023,60 patients with colorectal cancer complicated by chemotherapy and sleep disorders admitted to the outpatient department and inpatient department of Guangdong Second Middle School Hospital were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the difference in sleep quality between the two groups.Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and KPS were used to evaluate the quality of life of cancer patients between the two groups.Sleep duration,sleep efficiency and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,PSQI score and SAS score of observation group were significantly lower than control group,KPS score of observation group was significantly higher than control group,sleep time and sleep efficiency of observation group were significantly higher than control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions of observation group was significantly lower than control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gubenanshen Mixture is safe and reliable for improving sleep disorder in patients with colorectal cancer after chemotherapy,and is worthy of clinical application.
