摘　　要：法律硕士是我国法治人才培养的重要组成部分,专业实习实践是法律硕士研究生实务训练的重要环节。目前,法律硕士研究生的实习环节相对单一,有限的实习经历限制法律硕士研究生对法律世界的认知,不利于未来从事法律实务工作。强化法律硕士实践环节训练,可以借鉴医学院校学生轮科实习方式,让法律硕士研究生在不同法律岗位上进行轮岗实习,有助于学生深入全面地了解法律实务工作,提升法律硕士研究生培养质量,使其积累更多实务工作经验,更好服务于法治国家、法治社会建设。Juris Master is an important part of law talents training in our country,and practice is an important part of Juris Master s practical training.But at present,the internship for Juris Master are relatively single.The limited internship experience limits the Juris Master students cognition of the legal world,which is not conducive to the future law practice work.We must strengthen the training of the practice of Juris Master.We can draw lessons from the practice mode of rotation of medical college students,so that the Juris Master students can carry out the practice of rotation in different legal positions,it is helpful to understand the legal practice deeply and comprehensively for students,improve the training quality of Juris Master students,accumulate more practical work experience,and better serve the construction of a rule of law country and a rule of law society.
