“双碳”背景下煤炭行业特色院校教育改革的路径研究

摘　　要：“双碳”目标的提出决定了我国需要建立与之相适应的能源教育体系,煤炭行业特色院校作为我国能源教育体系中的重要组成部分,有必要开展相应的教育改革。从煤炭行业特色院校的定位、专业设置、办学层次、师资队伍、学生培养的现状进行分析,找出“双碳”背景下煤炭行业特色院校教育改革存在的问题与社会需求,并探索其教育改革的路径,助力煤炭行业特色院校锚定“双碳”目标,加快人才培育。基于此,建议顺应时代发展,推动“双碳”院校和专业建设;优化教师队伍,强化“双碳”领域师资队伍建设;以“双碳”需求为导向,培养“煤炭+”复合型高质量人才;以“双碳”创新研发为引领,多渠道推动产学研用;提升国际视野,加强“双碳”国际合作。The proposal of the carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals determines that China needs to establish an energy education system that is compatible with the goals.As an important component of China's energy education system,coal industry featured colleges and universities need to carry out corresponding educational reforms.From the current status of the positioning,major setting,educational level,faculty team,and student cultivation of the coal industry featured colleges and universities,the problems and social needs of educational reform under the background of carbon peak and carbon neutrality were identified,and the educational reform path was explorated to help coal industry featured colleges and universities anchor the carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals and accelerate talent cultivation.On the basis,it is suggested to adapt to the development of the times and promote the development of carbon peak and carbon neutrality featured colleges and majors,optimize the faculty team and strengthen the construction of the faculty team in the carbon peak and carbon neutrality field,cultivate high-quality"coal plus"composite talents with the carbon peak and carbon neutrality demand,promote industry-university-research cooperation in multiple channels with the innovative research and development of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,and strengthen international cooperation in the carbon peak and carbon neutrality field to help institutions enhance their international vision.
