职业本科教育适应性的逻辑意蕴——基于CAS理论的视角

摘  要:职业本科教育是跨界教育。跨界属性造就了职业本科教育的复杂性,复杂性催生了职业本科教育的适应性,适应性推动了职业本科教育的守正创新。适应性创新是铸就职业本科教育高质量发展的重要驱动力。基于CAS理论,提出职业本科教育适应性的本质逻辑是为职业本科教育打造一种跨界、集聚、融合、涌现、创新的社会契约。鉴于增强职业本科教育适应性还面临“办学历史较短,办学规模较小;院校类型复杂,办学实力不足;产教融合不够,政策执行掣肘;办学经费不足,影响适应发展”等现实困境,从多样性、互动性、涌现性、自组织性等维度,提出了增强职业本科教育适应性的策略建议。Vocational undergraduate education(VUE)is boundary-crossing education.The boundary-crossing attributes have created the complexity of VUE.The complexity has given birth to the adaptability of VUE.Adaptability has promoted the innovation of VUE.Adaptive innovation is an important driving force for the high-quality development of VUE.Based on the CAS theory,it is proposed that the essential logic of the adaptability of VUE is to create a cross-border,agglomeration,integration,emergence and innovation social contract for VUE.To enhance the adaptability of VUE is also faced with a short history of running a school and a small scale of running a school,the types of colleges and universities are complex and the strength of running schools is insufficient,the integration of production and education is not enough,and policy implementation is constrained,lack of funds for running schools,affecting the reform and development and other practical difficulties.From the dimensions of diversity,interactivity,emergence and self-organization,this paper puts forward some strategic suggestions to enhance the adaptability of VUE.
