摘　　要：在国家政策倡导、高水平大学建设需求和校友自我实现三方面因素的共同推动下,校友在学校民主管理、人才培养、专业建设、学术研究、文化育人等方面发挥着越来越重要的治理参与作用。大学校友参与学校治理在实践逻辑上体现为在共同治理中走向“共同实现”,是一种基于治理目标基础上的有效行动。在治理实践中,校友参与学校治理面临思想困境、行动困境和保障不足,迫切需要聚焦“交往动员”“组织动员”“科学动员”强化动员机制建设,聚焦“民主治理”“全面治理”“创新治理”提升内部治理效能,聚焦“合作共赢”“资源共享”“责任共担”拓展外部治理效能,划定“权责边界”、着眼“共创共享”构建校友与学校的健康关系,以新时代校友参与学校治理有效行动助力学校高质量内涵式发展。Driven by the impact of national policy advocacy,the demand for high-level university construction and alumni's needs for self-fulfillment,alumni have played an increasingly important role in university governance in the areas of democratic management,talent cultivation,specialty construction,academic research,and cultivation by culture.Such engagement is reflected in the logic of practice as a move towards“co-realization”in shared governance,which is an effective action based on the objectives of governance.In the practice of governance,because alumni engagement in university governance is faced with ideological dilemma,action dilemma and insufficient guarantee,there is an urgent need to focus on“interaction mobilization”,“organizational mobilization”and“scientific mobilization”to strengthen the mobilization mechanism,to focus on“democratic governance”,“comprehensive governance”and“innovative governance”to enhance the effectiveness of internal governance,to focus on“win-win cooperation”,“resource sharing”and“responsibility sharing”to expand the effectiveness of eternal governance,to delineate the“boundaries of rights and responsibilities”and concentrate on“co-creation and sharing”to construct a healthy relationship between alumni and the university.The effective action of alumni engagement in university governance in the new era is able to assist the university's high-quality and connotative development.
