摘  要:目的:探讨胞磷胆碱钠联合甲钴胺预防乳腺癌患者多西他赛化疗所致外周神经毒性的效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2022年10月于江门市中心医院乳腺科行辅助化疗的乳腺癌患者100例,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组两组,每组50例。试验组于多西他赛化疗前开始使用胞磷胆碱钠胶囊和甲钴胺片治疗,对照组不采用药物干预。比较两组外周神经毒性发生情况、症状出现时间、症状出现时多西他赛累积使用剂量和生活质量。观察试验组治疗期间药物不良反应情况。结果:多西他赛最后1周期化疗结束时,试验组外周神经毒性总发生率和严重发生率低于对照组;多西他赛最后1周期化疗结束后3个月,试验组外周神经毒性总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组出现外周神经毒性症状时间晚于对照组,症状出现时多西他赛累积使用剂量多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多西他赛最后1周期化疗结束时和结束后3个月,试验组癌症治疗功能评价系统/妇科肿瘤组-神经毒性评价工具量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,试验组未出现因使用胞磷胆碱钠胶囊及甲钴胺片产生的严重不良反应。结论:胞磷胆碱钠联合甲钴胺能预防乳腺癌患者多西他赛化疗所致的外周神经毒性,具有临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the effect of Citicoline Sodium combined with Mecobalamine on the prevention of peripheral neurotoxicity induced by Docetaxel chemotherapy in breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 100 breast cancer patients who received adjuvant chemotherapy in the Breast Department of Jiangmen Central Hospital from March 2021 to October 2022 were selected and divided into test group and control group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Citicoline Sodium capsules and Mecobalamine tablets before Docetaxel chemotherapy,while the control group was not treated with drug intervention.The occurrence,symptom onset time,Docetaxel cumulative dose of peripheral neurotoxic and quality of life were compared between the two groups.The adverse drug reactions of experimental group were observed during treatment.Results At the end of the last cycle of Docetaxel chemotherapy,the total incidence and severity of peripheral neurotoxicity in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group;At 3 months after the last cycle of Docetaxel chemotherapy,the total incidence of peripheral neurotoxicity in experimental group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of peripheral neurotoxic symptoms in experimental group was later than that in control group,and the cumulative dose of Docetaxel was higher than that in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).At the end of the last 1 cycle of Docetaxel chemotherapy and 3 months after the last cycle of Docetaxel chemotherapy,the scores of Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy/Gynaecologic Oncology Group Neurotoxicity in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).During the treatment period,there were no serious adverse reactions caused by Citicoline Sodium capsules and Mecobalamine tablets.Conclusions Citicoline Sodium combined with Mecobalamine can prevent peripheral neuro
