摘 要:子宫内膜癌作为女性生殖系统中常见的一种恶性肿瘤,发病率在全球范围内逐年上升。长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)是一种长度超过200个核苷酸且不编码蛋白质的RNA分子。随着基因组学的发展,lncRNA逐渐被发现与多种癌症的发生、发展密切相关。现已有许多研究证实子宫内膜癌与lncRNA关系紧密。本文旨在回顾总结近年来关于lncRNA在子宫内膜癌发病机制研究方面的最新进展。Endometrial cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of the female reproductive system,with its incidence rising globally year by year.Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)are RNA molecules that are over 200 nucleotides in length and lack protein-coding capacity.With the development of genomics,lncRNAs have gradually been found to be closely related to the occurrence and progression of various cancers.Many studies have confirmed the close relationship between endometrial cancer and lncRNA.This paper reviews and summarizes the recent advances in research on the role of lncRNAs in the pathogenesis of endometrial cancer.
