摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌高发区胃腺癌肿瘤细胞上皮-间质转化(EMT)过程与Tspan-5表达关系。方法选取2018年5月至2019年12月于莆田市第一医院完成胃腺癌根治术的108例患者作为研究对象,采用免疫组化染色法检测肿瘤组织Tspan-5、E-钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)和N-钙黏蛋白(N-cadherin)阳性表达情况。结果Tspan-5阳性表达48.1%(52例)、E-cadherin阳性表达25.0%(27例)、N-cadherin阳性表达56.5%(61例)。Tspan-5、E-cadherin和N-cadherin阳性表达与性别、年龄无关(P>0.05),与肿瘤状态(分期)有关(P<0.05)。随着肿瘤病情的进展,Tspan-5和N-cadherin阳性率升高,而E-cadherin阳性率降低。相关性分析结果显示,Tspan-5阳性率与E-cadherin呈正相关,与N-cadherin呈负相关(P<0.05);E-cadherin阳性率与N-cadherin呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论胃腺癌中Tspan-5的高表达与肿瘤EMT过程密切相关,Tspan-5有可能成为早期临床诊断、干预和预后评估的重要靶点。Objective To explore the relationship between the epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)process of gastric adenocarcinoma tumor cells in high incidence areas of gastric cancer and the expression of Tspan-5.Methods A total of 108 patients with gastric adenocarcinoma who underwent radical surgery at the First Hospital of Putian City from May 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects.Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the positive expression of Tspan-5,E-cadherin,and N-cadherin in tumor tissues.Results The positive expression of Tspan-5 was 48.1%(52 cases),that of E-cadherin was 25.0%(27 cases)and that of N-cadherin was 56.5%(61 cases).The positive expression of Tspan-5,E-cadherin and N-cadherin was not related to gender and age(P>0.05),but was related to tumor status(stage)(P<0.05).As the tumor progressed,the positive rates of Tspan-5 and N-cadherin increased,while the positive rates of E-cadherin decreased.The correlation analysis showed that the positive rate of Tspan-5 was positively correlated with E-cadherin and negatively correlated with N-cadherin(P<0.05),and the positive rate of E-cadherin was negatively correlated with N-cadherin(P<0.05).Conclusion The high expression of Tspan-5 in gastric adenocarcinoma is closely related to the tumor EMT process,and Tspan-5 may become an important target for early clinical diagnosis,intervention,and prognosis evaluatio n.
