摘 要:乡村美育教师学习共同体对解决乡村美育发展困境、提升美育高质量发展具有重要作用,但其自身发展面临多重困难。以跨界联动和教师学习共同体的概念为框架,构建“跨学科”“跨机构”“跨教育资源”的乡村美育教师学习共同体新模式,可推动乡村美育教师专业发展,为乡村美育教师的专业成长和发展提供理论和实践指导。Although the learning community for rural arts education teachers plays an important role in resolving the challenges of rural arts education development and improving educational quality,it also faces multiple obstacles in its own growth.This study aims to use the concepts of cross-sectoral collaboration and teacher learning community as the framework to explore new models for building such a learning community for rural arts education teachers,propose a rural arts education teacher learning community model that integrates"cross-discipline","cross-institution"and"cross-educational resources",and undertake in-depth theoretical exploration and discussion of this model.The research reveals the significant role of crosssectoral collaboration in fostering the development of the rural arts education teacher learning community and provides theoretical and practical guidance for the professional growth and development of rural arts education teachers.
