构建黄金百香果气候品质等级评价模型

摘　　要：基于2019-2022年131份黄金百香果品质指标和果实采收前10个时段的气象数据,采用相关分析和多元逐步回归法建立回归模型,筛选具有生物学意义的关键气象因子;结合黄金百香果单项品质指标对果实品质的综合贡献,采用加权指数求和法构建黄金百香果气候品质指数模型,为综合评定黄金百香果品质等级提供参考。结果表明:(1)黄金百香果关键气候品质指标共5个,包括采收前10d的日平均日照时数和日平均降水量、采收前20d、30d的平均最高气温、采收前60d的日平均降水量。(2)根据百香果质量标准,结合实测品质变化和相关专家经验,确定黄金百香果单项品质指标的等级及阈值:黄金百香果“特高”级的可食率≥50%、可溶性固形物≥17.5%、总酸≤3.0%,“高”级可食率45%~50%、可溶性固形物17.0%~17.5%、总酸3.0%~3.5%,“中”级可食率40%~45%、可溶性固形物16.5%~17.0%、总酸3.5%~4.0%,“低”级可食率<40%、可溶性固形物<16.5%、总酸>4.0%。(3)黄金百香果气候品质“特优”“优”“良”“一般”4个等级对应的气候品质指数IQc分别为≥2.5、1.5~2.5、0.5~1.5、<0.5。利用54份独立样本检验黄金百香果气候品质等级评价模型,吻合率达87%,对黄金百香果气候品质的等级评价效果较好。Based on the data of 131 fruit quality indicators of yellow passion fruit and meteorological data of ten periods before fruit harvesting from 2019 to 2022,the regression relationship model was established by correlation and multivariate stepwise regression analysis,to screen out the key meteorological factors with biological significance of yellow passion fruit.Combination with the comprehensive contribution of individual quality indicators of yellow passion fruit to total fruit quality,the weighted index summation method was used to construct the climate quality index model of yellow passion fruit,which provided a reference for the comprehensive evaluation of the quality grade of yellow passion fruit.The results showed that:(1)the key meteorological factors affecting the quality of yellow passion fruit were the average daily sunshine hours and daily precipitation of 10 days,average maximum temperature of 20 and 30 days,and average daily precipitation of 60 days before havvesting,a total of five indicators.(2)According to the passion fruit quality standards,combined with the measured quality changes and relevant expert evaluation experience,the grade and threshold of the three quality indicators of edible rate,soluble solids and total acid were determined.The edible rate of"extra high"grade was≥50%,the soluble solids were≥17.5%,and the total acid was≤3.0%.The edible rate of"high"grade was between 45%-50%,the soluble solids were between 17.0%-17.5%,and the total acid was between 3.0%-3.5%.The edible rate of"medium"grade was between 40%-45%,the soluble solids were between 16.5%-17.0%,and the total acid was between 3.5%-4.0%.The edible rate of"low"grade was<40%,the soluble solids were<16.5%,and the total acid was>4.0%.(3)The climate quality index(IQc)of yellow passion fruit was divided into four grades.The IQc气corresponding to the"extra excellent","excellent","good"and"general"grades were≥2.5,1.5-2.5,0.5-1.5 and<0.5,respectively.A total of 54 independent samples were used to test the climate quality grade
